At Trendy Kids, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
With original tags and packaging
Accompanied by the original invoice
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
In case of size issue, customer will bear the return courier charges.

Refund Policy

No cash refund for change of mind.
Refund is only applicable if:
Wrong item delivered
Item is damaged or defective
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for exchange/refund:
Worn or washed products
Items without tags or invoice
Sale/discounted items
Damage caused by customer
Requests made after 7 days

Exchange Procedure

Contact us on WhatsApp with:
Order number
Reason for exchange
Product photo (if damaged)
Our team will verify and guide you.
After receiving and checking the item, replacement will be dispatched.

Important Note

Minor color variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Trendy Kids reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
