Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.You may receive a confirmation call/message before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business daysOther Cities/Remote Areas: 3–6 business daysDelivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Standard shipping charges: Rs. 200

Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.Trendy Kids reserves the right to cancel COD orders that are not confirmed or found suspicious.For hygiene and quality assurance, parcels should be checked before payment where courier policy allows.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.International shipping is currently not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.Trendy Kids is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may contact you for re-delivery.
